Google marked its 15th birthday by introducing the biggest algorithm change over the last 3 years. The new algorithm is named Hummingbird. This will help user in getting more accurate results by answer longer and complex queries.
The new Hummingbird Algorithm update from Google focuses on Google’s Knowledge Graph. Google says:
“Hummingbird is paying more attention to each word in a query, ensuring that the whole query – the whole sentence or conversation or meaning – is taken into account, rather than particular words.”
